Matthew Fancher

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Matt Fancher first discovered the 30A area in the late 1990s and was immediately drawn to its small-town charm and coastal lifestyle. Over the years, he became deeply familiar with South Walton through frequent visits and soon considered it his “home away from home.”
Matt brings a diverse entrepreneurial background to real estate, having owned and operated multiple businesses in mortgage banking, mortgage credit, real estate development and investment, property management, restaurant ownership, and disaster response. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on both the financial and operational sides of real estate.

After selling his disaster response company in 2017, Matt and his family made South Walton their permanent home. Now a full-time real estate professional with The Beach Group, Matt combines his business expertise, local knowledge, and passion for the 30A lifestyle to help clients find their perfect beach property and make the most of all this vibrant coastal community has to offer.
