Born in London, Matthew has called Costa Mesa home for the last 37 years. A graduate of Newport Harbor High School and UC Berkeley, Matthew traveled extensively and worked in advertising and talent management before settling down in Costa Mesa's vibrant west side. Matthew takes great pleasure in helping first time buyers take their first step on the property ladder, no matter how low or high they start. Continued historically low interest rates have allowed many homeowners to sell and buy further up the property ladder, and many have trusted Matt to help them navigate such a contingent purchase for them. Matthew has a passion for mid-century architecture as well as Orange County's earliest historic homes. In early 2015, Matthew was appointed to Costa Mesa's Historical Preservation Committee and heads the group's awareness campaign for the tax-saving Mills Act. When not helping his clients, Matt enjoys muddling through a DIY project, playing soccer and piano (not at the same time), and tinkering on his old BMW. Matthew is available to help you with any of your real estate needs. Call, text or email anytime.
