Matthew Guarino

For more than 15 years, Matt has been investing in value-add opportunities in residential and commercial real estate in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Matt has successfully closed over 500 purchases and sales of residential real estate. He has a diverse financial background starting with six years in the real estate sector as a CPA for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a publicly traded multi-national Fortune 50 company in New York. He then joined several entrepreneurial start-up organizations in various leadership positions before launching his own real estate investment company. Matt grew up New York, received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in Virginia. He is married to his high school sweetheart Kami, and together they have four children.
