Matthew Harper

Matt is a Colorado native. At the age of 21, he began working at a motorcycle dealership with a focus on high level training and education. His commitment to excellence earned him the opportunity to advance from a sales consultant role into a business manager role. With 8 years of business, leadership, and sales training under Matt's belt, he went to get his real estate license and joined Keller Williams. In Matt's 1st year, he was producing at a level that earned him a seat on the Associate Leadership Council, a position for the top 20% of Real Estate Agents, and currently he also holds the role of Team Leader in our Market Center. Having mastered the ins and outs of the contracts allows Matt to advise his clients, beyond purchase price, to ensure the best outcome on both sides of the contract. This knowledge, along with a strong sales background, provides leverage and confidence for our clients that they are well represented with The 212° Team.
