About Matthew

Matthew was born and raised in Muncie, IN where he attended his hometown college Ball State University majoring in Business & Sport Administration. Matthew started his sales & customer service career working in professional sports with minor league affiliates of the Chicago Cubs and San Diego Padres. An opportunity to work with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led him to relocating to the Gulf Coast. He then moved to Bradenton in 2011 to work for the world-renowned IMG Academy, where he spent the last 11 years overseeing the global sales and service division for boarding school, camps, team training, events, and the IMG Legacy Hotel. While at IMG he had the incredible fortune of working with teams and families from around the globe on coming to our destination for short periods of time as well as relocating permanently at a record setting pace year in and year out. A career highlight for Matthew was opening the first ever IMG Academy global sales office in China which led to opening additional offices in Japan, South Korea, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil.
Throughout his time here he has fallen in love with the area and started working in real estate via buying, selling, renovating, and investing. That experience combined with his passion for competing on behalf of others, working with clients from around the world, and the lifestyle their community provides led him to pursing realty full-time.
Anchored by his "Hoosier Hospitality" roots his clients are treated like family and he looks forward to providing each and every one of them the world class experience they deserve while working relentlessly to find the perfect opportunity that meets their needs and goals.
Matthew is proud to have made this paradise home and to share this journey with his family. His wife, Erin, works in Elementary Education and together they have three children – Alexa, Nolan, & Brooks. When they are not at the parks or ballfields clients can find them embracing the Florida lifestyle and all it has to offer!
