Matt is an amazing realtor, he is professional, engaged and committed. Matt listens and reads people well. He is grounded and has a great sense of humor. He had an understanding of what house had the right feel and was clear and kind when it "was not the house for me". He worked outside of the box to get me in my dream home. In 2020 I started the buying process to buy my first home. Matt helped me all the way from finding it, to making recommendations, to answering all of my questions (and my dads), until I was furloughed due to covid the week before closing. So we started the whole process over in 2021 and this time I was buying it with my partner. So Matt helped us narrow our search, look at tons of homes, make multiple offers, and finally get our perfect home. Our home is so perfect and Matt gave as all the information we needed to the point of no buyers remorse. So not only was he the perfect realtor for a first time home buyer once, but twice.
