Matthew Kiko

Matt is a third-generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 1994. He received his Real Estate license in 2000, and his Auctioneers license in 1999. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Stark County Association of Realtors. Matt is a member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, the American Hereford Association, and the Stark County Cattleman's Association.

He has been involved with the family auction business since he was very young. Continuing education, seminars and everyday experience with clients help make him a specialist in the auction business. Matt volunteers his time to several local charities and organizations through charity auctions, as well as 4-H auctions for Stark and Summit Counties. Matt enjoys the simple pleasures of life and family time. Matt, his wife Amy, and their 4 children reside on their farm in Paris Township.

He is a graduate of Minerva High School and The Ohio State University with a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Business and attended the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Indiana. Matt’s areas of auction specialty include estates, homes, land, and multi-family properties.
