Absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air. Matthew was superb the entire time. We had to let go of a realtor who really wasn't helping to sell our house at all. Matthew was referred to us by our neighbors (he also sold their house almost simultaneously). Moving is stressful, especially when you're the seller and Matthew was able to help keep us calm on a very short timeline in which we had to sell our house. We recommend him highly as he went above and beyond to sell at asking price and, as stated before, on a very short timeline. Could not have asked more of him.

We listed our home with Matthew Kresse, and we were very pleased with his professionalism and the results. His experience helped us de-clatter our home and stage it to maximize the floor space. Matthew provided detailed market comparisions to determine a list price that we were comfortable with. After each showing and offers, Matt reviewed comments and offers in detail. While hospitalized with COVID-19 pneumonia my wife and I decided to sell our two story home and pursue a ranch. Needless to say I was not a factor in this adventure. My wife with a tremendous help from Matt made this possible. We were able to sell our existing home at very favorable price. We also found exactly what we were looking for. This was accomplished within one week. All primarily due to Matt’s knowledge of the local market. Could not have done this without his help.

As first time home buyers I was a little nervous of the process, how do you select a realtor, and do they have your best interest in mind vs. only making money on sales. Matt was referred to us by a teacher at our kids daycare. Our first interaction with Matt went very well and we knew he was the guy to helpus find our home! He was personalable, cared about not only our wishes on a house, but our family. He was organized, understood our must haves vs like to haves, punctual for our appointments, helped us better understand the area and school systems, was realistic with us if we said we wanted something for a certain price and if we could find it, and gave honest feedback about houses we saw from his view point after hearing ours. Also, one thing I love about Matt as a realtor is he has good knowledge of renovation costs. There are times you see a house that needs to new carpet, new cabinets, can I knock out this wall etc and I LOVED that Matt could help us know the cost and if it was feasible. Lastly, he was with us every step of the way, through closure, the move and periodically checks in on us to see how the family is doing vs talking business. I appreciate Matt's professionalism and look forward to the day that he will help us find a new house as our family continues to grow and sell our current one.

I had to sell my parent's home due to health problems quickly. They had to move into an Independent living facility in Indy and I had no idea what to do. Thank goodness for Matthew Kresse and Red Oak Realty. He was responsive, on time and stayed in constant communication with my family to get it sold and navigate through the Title company paperwork .
In the future, when it's time to sell our home, I won't have to look around for the best real estate company. I've already found it with Red Oak Realty and Matthew Kresse.

I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, highly-skilled realtor. We knew nothing about the home buying process initially, but Matt took over an hour out of his personal time to explain everything and answer all of our questions before we even started looking. He is very generous with his time and always avaliable when you need him to be. When we finally found the house we wanted, he made sure we were able to view it quickly and make an offer as soon as we wanted to. Which was important with the state of the market at the time. During negotiations, he went above and beyond to make sure all of the problems with the house were addressed appropriately. He even called out multiple roofing companies when there was a dispute as to whether or not the preexisting roof had hail damage. He was present at closing to answer any questions we had with the documentation. He was never impatient nor made us feel like we were being pressured into settling on a particular house. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone I know looking for a realtor!
