Matthew Mcinnis

Matty is a Tahoe-Truckee resort market expert. He delivers the highest level of service to his clients helping them to achieve their dream of owning and living in the mountains.

He had always been a West Coaster trapped in small-town Maine and New England. His parents knew at the early age of 3 that his love for sliding on snow at Sugarloaf, USA, would eventually lead him to a life in and around bigger and better mountains.

After graduating from Saint Michaels College with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Business Administration, it came as no surprise to his family when Matty packed up his Subaru and made the long trek West to ultimately settle in what he calls the “Vermont of California,” Lake Tahoe.

Prior to joining the TMR team, Matty has spent the previous 10 years of his professional career as a Guest Service, Mountain Safety Manager and Assistant Bike Park Manager for NorthStar, CA. In these roles, he received several awards for leadership and innovation in guest services.

Settled in Truckee with his beautiful wife and two young children, Matty is dedicated to sharing his passion for sports and life in Lake Tahoe with his family and others. His calm yet charismatic demeanor, exemplary guest service skills coupled with his driven, New England work ethic provide a unique experience for buyers and sellers who seek relaxed experience from an agent that will work tirelessly for their needs.
