Matt started his career in real estate in 2000 and, along with his father John, they created the Pecarich Marketing Team. They were awarded the prestigious Centurion Award from 2000 thru 2006. This is an international award given to the top producing marketing teams was awarded the 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 top sales achievement awards. He is a former college basketball player and a graduate from Central Lakes College and The University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he met his wife, Jill. He has a daughter Chloe and two sons John & Luka. He has been active with Brainerd Sports Boosters, Lakes Area Racquet Sports, coaching youth basketball and tennis.
