Matt Petty is foremost a friend and an outstanding real estate broker who worked with us on every end to sell one of units in the luxurious Port 45 condo unit. His hard work led to us selling our unit for the highest price per square foot in our building for a one bedroom and on the top end for south Boston ! We are listing our penthouse in the same building in the coming months. His attention to detail and his clients needs are in my opinion unmatched from the standard other big name brokers .

Matt recently sold my condo in Brighton. He had an excellent marketing approach and was amazing at keeping me informed throughout every step of the process. Selling a property is always a stressful endeavor but Matt made things so easy that I never felt overwhelmed. He held over 40+ showings over the course of 3 months (including last minute weekend appointments) so his work ethic was also very impressive and ultimately helped close the sale.

Matt was recommended through a friend of a friend, and completely exceeded expectations. In summary, he made selling this house as easy and painless as it could be.

A little background, I was named executor on a friend's estate who passed away unexpectedly. One of his assets was a house that he owned in Boston that he rented out since he lived in NYC. I live in Houston, TX.

The renters moved out of the house (their lease ended) while the estate was still in probate. As such, it was unoccupied for a few months when it came to sell it. Matt helped with everything from completing an assessment to determine repairs needed for sales to helping coordinate utilities, interacting with the estate attorneys, and working with the HOA on joint repairs that needed to be shared.

He was extremely transparent and communicative, always sharing pictures and quotes before doing proceeding with any work.

When it came to the sale of the house, Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the markets. I 100% believe we got the best price possible because of his recommendations.

I can't do justice exactly everything he provided in this review box. Great agent and I can't recommend him enough.

This is now the second home I have bought with Matt and I can't say enough about his professionalism, expertise in the market, and his ability to navigate difficult situations. Matt was there for me at all hours in the night to help with this last challenging purchase. He was there with me every step of the way and always offered his advice and stayed on top of every detail. He was even reachable when he was on his honeymoon in Africa! How, I don't know, but he made it work and knew how time sensitive the purchase of a home was for us!

Matt has also helped me rent three of my properties on separate occasions. He is always able to find great tenants and stays on top of my renewal dates. He makes it so easy for me to be a landlord and homeowner.

Being a young person with investment properties I didn't have any experience with handling tenants. Matt has been super helpful with finding them for me year after year and always provided a detailed and concise description of potential candidates. We recently just bought a house and Matt went above and beyond for us during the entire process that it felt like we were his only clients. I have worked with agents in the past that would always tell me the house is great you should buy it, and you need to make a very high offer if you want to get the property, but Matt was not like that.
