About Matthew

Matthew Quinn, originally from Roseland, NJ, attended College of Charleston on the PGA Caddy Scholarship and graduated in 1999 with Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology. After college he traveled extensively before returning to Charleston to work in hospitality at Charleston Place Hotel. During that time he started the music promotion business Sweet Grass Productions and hosted concerts at Charleston Music Hall and Charleston Gaillard Center. Some of the iconic music luminaries he promoted included David Byrne, Government Mule, Peter Rowan, Tony Rice and Dr. Ralph Stanley. Also during that time he was investing in real estate projects, which lead to his career change to real estate in 2006. After earning his real estate license he worked under Tom Sadler of Sadler Group Charleston, a fourth generation company. His experience during that time grew to include commercial sales and leases, residential sales and leases, and property management. In 2017 he changed companies and joined The Charleston Real Estate Group under Eric Draper. His clientele list includes many national clients and companies and he handles a wide variety of properties and sales in the Charleston area.
