Matthew Rasche

Matthew began his career nearly a decade ago. He was the youngest licensed real estate sales person in Illinois at the age of 20 and went on to become the youngest managing broker/owner in Illinois less than a year later.

Matthew has successfully represented his clients in acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord leasing and tax-deferred exchanges. Additionally, Matthew serves as a commercial real estate valuation consultant to private equity firms, corporations and some of the nation’s largest financial institutions, having consulted on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of assets.
