Matt helped us buy our house from out of state and made it as stress free as possible. Looking back it is shocking how fast a big financial purchase can be but I am so grateful for his help & knowledge. He recommended a great broker & even an agent to sell our home back in Texas. He continued to help us after closing, due to us not being in KS yet.. Highly recommend to others looking for a home in JC or MKS!!

Matt was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing our first home. We originally went in to meet & discuss the home buying process to which he explained in easy to understand terms. He was never pushy despite the many hiccups we ran into during our home search which we really appreciated. His personal knowledge with VA loans was extremely helpful as well for us. All in all a great experience especially for a veteran family!

Matt was awesome! I would recommend the company and Matt! We started our search for a new home right after Covid lockdown restrictions were lifted. We lived 4 hours away and he used FaceTime to walk through several homes to help us get started. He made himself available on short notice and after hours. If he wasn’t available he made sure someone was! He walked us through our house buying experience from beginning and through the closing. He’s even checked on us afterwards to see if we needed any assist with anything regarding utilities, etc. Thank you Matt Rayburn for helping us find our new home. And your family because I know we cut into family time a few times!!

From the first phone call with Matt, our experience has been simple, easy to understand (especially as first time buyers) and very fast. Even after closing he has been helpful with some silly questions I’ve had. Honestly, just a wholesome human. I work nonstop and he never skipped a beat on what needed to be done, he help me and my family get done what needed and even informed me as to how the whole process worked. Understood how wants and needs and dislikes genuinely worked and did not show any implication that he might be upset or frustrated, he knew sometimes things Just changed and rolled with it. And after signing and getting the house of my family’s dream, he even helped me move in. 10/10 would work with again, solid professionalism, phenomenal interpersonal skills, and if you have kids he’ll listen to nonstop stories about Pepe pig, the new sparkly shoes or even frozen
