My passion for real estate began 35 years ago at Ardette Riley & Associates a family real estate firm in Greater Cincinnati. My mom taught me the business one step at a time whether showing prospected clients houses, listing a property, financing, closings and more, I learned the business from one of the best and still today my sounding board. The Riley Girdler Team was phenomenal to work with. As first-time home buyers relocating from out of state, we were really stressed at the start. Matt's wealth of experience and knowledge about the area and about home maintenance, gave us confidence throughout the process and removed our stress. We could walk into homes and he would quickly point out potential maintenance challenges so we were going in eyes wide open into every house we toured.
