Matthew Wahlstrom is a licensed Realtor® in Virginia and Washington D.C. As a former business consultant, serial entrepreneur, and real estate investor. Matthew specializes in creative real estate financing and investing, contract negotiations and strategic marketing. Matthew’s business acumen has fueled his passion for entrepreneurism over the years, and in turn has yielded some incredible opportunities early in his career.

Over the years, Matthew has built a successful network of local business owners, executive-level business associates, and investors.

Matthew’s deep-rooted passion for building relationships, paired with several successful real estate investments became strong supportive pillars towards Matthew’s decision to pursue a career in real estate.

Outside of business, Matthew continuously seeks out life’s greatest challenges with yearning enthusiasm. Matthew is a multiple time off-road racing competitor with participation in notable events such as “The Baja 1,000, The Baja 500, Vegas to Reno and the San Felipe 250.” Matthew holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a multiple time gold and silver medalist with over 4 professional mixed martial arts fights. Matthew is also an inventor and holds two fully granted patents from the United States Patent Trademark Office.

Matthew currently lives in Warrenton Virginia with his wife Jessica and their two boys Tyler and Jett. Matthew and his family love the outdoors, traveling the world, and working with a variety of charitable organizations.
