Matt helped my fiancé and I through an extremely challenging market when homes were sitting for literally less than hours from posting to closing. On top of this, I was traveling for business extensively and we were both consolidating from respective condos that were quickly coming due to vacate. Matt never missed a beat and continuously jumped to ensure we saw every home we requested (more than a dozen) on top of many others we inquired about that he vetted ahead of time in order to give us an opportunity to discuss before even scheduling. Matt was relentless in helping us find our home and we would endorse him to anyone looking for a no nonsense, customer focused realtor willing to go above and beyond to deliver results.
