Mattie is the best realtor! We have sold several homes in the past where the realtor merely plants a For Sale sign in the ground, sits back, and waits for potential buyers. Not Mattie . She is very proactive. First, she has the house inspected to determine if there are any problems that need to be addressed. Her team of construction workers, electricians, painters, house cleaners, stagers, etc. immediately commenced to repair, improve, and update the home inside and out. She offers many suggestions to make your house look more beautiful than it already is. In my case, our home looked brand new when she finished it . Besides our house, she ensured that my neighbors' homes were also presentable. Throughout the sales process she was constantly preparing spreadsheets to organize repairs, home improvements, finances, persons who viewed the house, persons who submitted an offer, and other items. She is far and away the hardest working realtor I've ever worked with. As a result of her efforts, we received a price for our house that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely hire her to sell our next home and I have recommended her to all our friends and family.

Mattie is simply OUTSTANDING! She brings a wealth of market knowledge, global experience and deep network of partners to the table with simply fabulous results. She is keenly aware of current trends, what buyers desire/value with attention to detail while working within a renovation budget with skilled craftsman to show the property at its best. She is a clear and effective communicator that got things done and kept things moving timely with all involved. No drama and no excuses, just down to earth results! Mattie made selective updates, repairs and staging that resonated with buyers of all backgrounds and was presented on a custom house-specific website as well as all the major online realty sites. This included incredible photos and videos as well as proposed architectural updates with a listing price that inspired and motivated buyers. Within 8 days, there were OVER 7,200 views on Redfin, over 70 showings and 14 competing offers. Mattie helped vet the offers and identified key differences between them that resulted in the best choice. I highly recommend Mattie!

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We were so fortunate to have found Mattie Baker. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

From day 1, Mattie was extremely responsive, educated us with the home buying process, what should we look for in houses in general etc. and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in back and forth offers, Mattie walked us through every step of the negotiations.

In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. She was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.

The best part about working with Mattie was that, she even helped us with our house renovation, designing the kitchen, finding contractors etc after we bought the house.

We got to know her as a realtor and happy to call her our friend now!

We have several friends looking for homes and we always recommend Mattie to them!

I have several properties that have been in our family for decades and decided to sell a portion of them. One of my obstacles was that the properties were in California, and I live in Florida.

I was introduced to Mattie Baker when I came to California, and she was highly recommended to me. She then aided me with the sale of our first property. After her superior performance, I knew that she was going to be my Real Estate Broker exclusively.

I learned from Mattie that the home or properties presentation for an interested potential buyer is essential in the competitive housing Real estate market. Her skills in this part of the preparation are extraordinary.

Mattie and I did everything by phone, text, and or email. After selling two more properties, the results were absolute top dollar gain, and I could not be happier. Her communication skills, coordinating, and keeping the seller apprised were flawless.

Mattie's work ethic, experience, forward-thinking problem-solving mentality, and HONESTY are why I gave her five stars.

Mattie is a thoughtful agent who works twice as hard as the hardest-working realtor I'd met before encountering Mattie. When helping us, she worked to get the word out incessantly, even dropping by businesses in the extended area to drop off fliers. She helped us sell our townhome, as well as helping us buy the house we are in now, which we adore. Incredibly knowledgeable and tactful in helping the buyer or seller sort through the questions and choices, I'd recommend her to anyone.
