Mattie Yacka

As daughters of a 4th generation builder, it was only a matter of time until Matilda and April pursued real estate. Both have worked for their family business. Matilda moved to the Jersey Shore for a year after graduating from Penn State and helped rebuild homes with Pancoast Construction after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. After April graduated from Penn State, she worked at Pancoast Construction and learned first-hand about the stucco remediation process. These experiences helped the sisters find their respective passions for real estate. Together they embarked on the journey and started The Pancoast & Yacka Group and joined Coldwell Banker Realty.
