I'm an experienced broker who has helped my clients buy/sell over 300 homes during my career. I typically work as an AGENT for my clients, which means I have a fiduciary duty to work to achieve my clients' best interests. Separately, my husband and I have also raised, cared for and boarded horses here in Fort Collins for over 25 years so I understand the special needs of people with horses, and enjoy helping them in buying/selling their homes and acreages.
