MY START IN REAL ESTATE
My career in real estate began somewhat accidentally, I was working towards becoming a general contractor when a close friend and real estate developer suggested that with my previous experience in sales and my eye for building and design, I should become a Realtor. After much consideration, I did just that! That was in 1998 and I have never looked back.

My Philosophy: "AS LONG AS YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO, YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORK ANOTHER DAY IN YOUR LIFE"!

Since then I have been assisting Buyers and Sellers with all their real estate needs and I sincerely love what I do! My goal is simple; to make the buying and selling experience as effortless on my client's part as I can. I am proficient on both sides of a transaction and am comfortable representing either party. I am passionate about my work and offer a level of individualized customer service and local market expertise that I feel is rare in the industry.

However, my number one job is to be fully attuned to each client's unique needs and perspective. In this "super-sized" world of "bigger is better" and "quality vs. quantity," you will find that I operate more like a "MOM & POP" business of years past. I pull from my Midwestern roots and treat every client as if they are my only client.

Working as a Realtor has been the most rewarding career I could ever ask for. I enjoy helping people, and that's what so much of this business is about. I am adept at interpreting market trends, negotiating contracts, creative advertising and marketing techniques, social media, technology, and much more. Working as a Realtor never gets boring because our real estate market is an ever-changing industry and that keeps me on my toes.

In my 22 years of REAL ESTATE practice, I have been TRULY BLESSED with so many wonderful clients. I often say that it never feels like "work" because I love what I do and do what I love!!! I am very fortunate.

In my free time…. I am a HUGE lover of ALL God’s creatures and love to spend my free time with my dogs, enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, biking, playing golf, attempting to play tennis or doing anything that involves being surrounded by nature! I love attending my Church and helping there when I can. I also have a passion for giving back to the community by supporting causes that are close to my heart, including the Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization and The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
