Maureen knows what it takes to get the home/land of your dreams! She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable as well as passionate about supporting your goals when buying. Being mindful to ask important questions all along the journey, Maureen sets herself apart with her ability to understand what’s most important to you. You never feel pressured but you always feel supported. She can go head to head when it comes to negotiations. We were so thankful for all her “local” knowledge she provided as well as working with local surveying companies just to name one example.

Maureen went above and beyond for us and we would recommend her a thousand times over!

I searched out for a realtor online and could not have been luckier to have Maureen come up and I called her. I was looking for a home to flip so it was obviously not going to be a large commission and some work finding the right property that would work but she was all on board for the challenge. We were treated the same as the agent we used to purchase our home on the lake, very responsive and professional. Our last agent didn't seem to want to work on the flip project as she didn't return our calls or texts to look at a project so we moved on. So Maureen was energetic at helping us and did a great job! We found a property in Sumter and she met us there. It was about an hour from Columbia where she works but it was no problem for her. She met us on our schedule sine I work long hours during the week. She did the research to make sure we would be able to turn a profit on the property especially if we got it for the right price. It was offered at 50K and she was able to get it for us at 21K! I have to admit even she was impressed with negotiating skills. So we are now in the process of completely renovating the process and look forward to having Maureen list the property and getting the commission she has earned in both transactions and working with her in the future on all the properties we will do. In summation, if you want an upbeat, positive and hard working agent that will make you feel like you are buying or selling the most desirable property in South Carolina, you will not go wrong with Maureen. Plus her husband is in the Army, so you will be helping a military family as well, and we know that is an added bonus!

Maureen Kreitzer turned into the delightful bright spot of my days looking for - and the eventual purchasing of - my new home. Maureen made showing/visiting a breeze to endure. She continuously exhibited all the pleasantries, timeliness, and expertise expected of a seasoned Real Estate agent. She gracefully accepted every seemingly difficult task given to her by her lead-agent and me without some much as flinching. Maureen validated every obstacle as being someone else's problem, and expeditiously dedicated her time to ensure its resolution was properly addressed and applied. There is no finer agent I have encountered in the three home purchases I've made here in South Carolina. Maureen deserves to be a full agent in her own right.
