Maureen Kuntz

Maureen prides herself on treating every real estate transaction as if it were her own. She uses her background in finance and accounting to provide insight and data that helps her customers make informed decisions and helps them get their best values. She works diligently to troubleshoot potential issues and resolve those that are unavoidable. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, as designated by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, Maureen skillfully negotiates her client's best interest and finds common ground to put the deal together. Maureen's strong communication and customer service skills benefit her clients in every transaction. Having lived in Bergen County for over 25 years, Maureen has been involved with many school, religious and community affairs. She is currently on the Board of Threes for Sandy Hook, a non-profit youth group organization encouraging healing through sports. When she is not selling real estate, Maureen can be found hiking or walking her rescue dog.
