I’ve been working with Maureen for the past almost 2 years as I wasn’t sure when I was putting my home on the market as we’ve had it for 51 years!! We would always touch basis with each other. I finally listed it this past June 9 and my home closed 8/2. She was WONDERFUL!! Maureen went over and beyond of what a realtor is. Not only professional but also like a very good friend!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maureen.

Maureen was a wonder. Patient, intuitive, caring, energetic - a total go-getter. Like everyone else, we were looking for the "perfect" house. We changed our minds 1,000 times about "Do we remodel?" "Do we buy a fixer-upper?" "Do we want new construction?" Maureen was patient throughout and showed us about 100 homes that ranged from fixer upper to sending us contractors to look at our own home. Maureen was such a go-getter, always keeping her eyes peeled and one day sent me a photo of a house she found while driving. We saw it immediately and just new. We've been in the house for a month now!

During the actual closing and timeframe of purchasing the house, Maureen helped us every step of the way. She had answers to all my questions, reached out to all the right people, made the process so easy and worry-free.

If I was made of money, I would look for a new house just to spend more time with Maureen. If you are looking to purchase in Garfield Ridge, or any of the areas around here, Maureen is your broker. She's kind, thoughtful, and works tirelessly. She even spend half a day emailing me and working while she was in Mexico on a family vacation. That's the kind of person you want on your side when you are looking for your dream home!

Maureen sold my son’s home and found him a great condo.He is a single dad and his new home is perfect for him & his son. I met Maureen at the final walk through and was so impressed with her friendly personality, helpfulness and honesty. Maureen is a professional but also has a wonderful sense of humor.
