We cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Maureen. We had a terrible experience with another realtor and swore we would never use a realtor again but when we could not sell our home on our own Maureen stepped in and got us much more money than we ever imagined, in a shorter timeframe than we anticipated, and with absolutely no stress on us. She was there for every showing, inspection and appointment and checked in with us frequently. She has a team of professionals ready to help with photos, repairs and anything you need! She has such a calm, pleasant, caring demeanor coupled with so much knowledge, intelligence and such a down to earth personality. You truly could not ask for more! Not only did she change our mind about realtors- knowing someone like her is out there- she helped make our sale smooth and set our family up for comfort and success in the future.

Maureen was the realtor on a large house that I sold and just closed. It was an extraordinarily complex and difficult sale legally and practically. Maureen worked an extraordinary number of hours managing all of the difficult issues and got the job done. She is not only the best realtor in the Philadelphia area, but she is the best one in the country. I promise.

Maureen was a Godsend when it came to selling our property. The property had been listed for almost 2 years with another agent who completely undervalued the house and barely ever showed it. Maureen came in with such enthusiasm for our home and immediately had new pictures taken. The rooms were virtually staged and the house looked amazing. She repriced our property, had 45+ showings and an offer within 2 months. She walked my family through settlement and the closing as a true professional. I would recommend Maureen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
