Maureen Talbott

Maureen Talbott is associated with Carpenter Realtors, in the Noblesville office. Maureen worked in the health care field, for 38 years, as a Radiologic Technologist, specializing in Mammography. This was a great career for her as she loved the opportunity to help people through difficult times. Breast cancer is a very personal subject to Maureen and her family. After much thought and trepidation, she decided to look into a career that gave more flexibility and to be able to see the sun during the day. She has always been intrigued by the process of selling and buying homes. She took online classes, while still working full-time, to earn her real estate license. After passing the Indiana State Board of Realtors exam, she interviewed with Carpenter Realtors and thought it was a great match.

In her 4.5 years in real estate full-time, Maureen has increased her gross sales, from +$3M to +$6M. She works very hard to make smooth transactions from start to finish. She loves working with first-time home buyers as she has children in that same age range. She also loves working with people that want to downsize, as she and her husband have done.

Maureen mainly covers the Noblesville and Pendleton area, but has done several transactions throughout Hamilton, Madison and Hancock counties. Never let a location stop you from calling her about a property.
