Simply put, both my wife and I felt that the work Max did for us was most exceptional. His work was thorough, professional and timely.

To these ends, Max found us a house that was, is, and remains our dream “vacation house.” In fact, Max negotiated for us a $25,000 reduction in price from the list price in circumstances in which my wife and I were prepared to pay considerably more than the list price for this home.

I've dealt with many real estate agents in my life but my experience with Max tops them all.

We were living in LA at the time and were contemplating a move to Santa Cruz County and had the good fortune to meet Max. He quickly honed in on the type of property that would be of interest to us while recognizing our budget constraints.

Max found the ideal home on an acre of land that perfectly met our needs and perfectly engineered the purchase process which culminated in an accepted offer.

But we were dealing with a difficult seller who demanded constant updates during the 45 day escrow period. Max worked with the seller on our behalf on virtually a daily basis which enabled us to focus on selling our LA house and plan our move to Santa Cruz County.

Bottom line: Max is a skilled real estate professional with a tremendous attitude and good-natured personality. I can't recommend him highly enough.
