Responsiveness 10/10. Looking back on our *successful* home-buying process, Max's high level of prompt and helpful communication stands out. As first-time home buyers, we needed a guide to light our path. During our extremely far and wide search of mountain properties, Max helped us cheerfully through the unknowns and helped us re-affirm what was most important. When the market is competitive, you need a professional who is going to respond at lighting speed and support you navigating the process after your offer is accepted. Max is that real estate professional and we are beyond thrilled to own a magical piece of Colorado.

Max did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our home. He was dedicated to making it happen for us (at 10k off the asking price which isn’t typical in Colorado). To say he was our Sherpa guiding us through the process is an understatement. Max answered every question I had about buying our first home. Closing was prompt and painless. Max helped me buy my first home and I couldn't be happier. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, guided me to a great financing partner, and made himself available for showings and questions. Throughout the process he helped me stay grounded and practical, which can be difficult with such an emotional decision. Max went way above and beyond as our real estate agent. As first-time homebuyers new to the front range area and with a very limited budget in a competitive market, we were nervous that buying a house may not even be possible. But Max patiently walked us through every step of the process. He helped us find a house that met all of our needs, and he sealed the deal—UNDER our budget! Highly recommend.

Max helped us find and buy our dream home in Lyons, and we couldn’t have done it without him. Max patiently showed us homes all over Boulder County on our schedule, helping us to get a good idea of the market over the course of a few months. When we found the house for us, we knew it right away, and Max did, too. We said, “Max: tell us what we need to do to get it done.” And that’s exactly what he did. Max hurled himself into the task of securing this home for us, and told us precisely what we needed to do on our end to make sure the home was ours. Max intuitively understands negotiation and dealmaking, and was also willing to put in the hours to stay ahead of the competition and in-tune with the sellers’ needs and preferences. But this deal was even more complicated, as insurance issues created serious challenges during our time under contract. Max managed a host of third parties with aplomb, using a constructive tone to keep all parties satisfied, but he also knew when to put his foot down and make sure our interests were protected. This was not the easiest transaction and Max handled it like an old pro. And when it was all said and done and the ink was on the dotted line, Max was as excited about our new home as we were, joining us in our home for a celebratory champagne toast (and providing the champagne!). We would gladly recommend Max to any buyer seeking a home in Colorado (and we have!). Thanks Max!
