Max Molitor

A Colorado native, Max Molitor comes from a long family line of successful real estate professionals – his grandfather, his mother, his dad, his aunt and uncle - all actively involved in the sale of fine residential properties throughout the greater Rocky Mountain region. Max carries on this family tradition, embracing the deeply rooted values of challenging work, honesty, integrity, and everyday sportsmanship that have been inherent throughout his life. Max has been instilled with the understanding that real estate is a dynamic, ever-changing business and that every client deserves an enjoyable, hassle-free buying or selling experience.

Growing up in the small ski resort town of Crested Butte, Max spent his weekends and summers helping his parents design, build, and sell luxury custom homes. Max realized early on that he had a passion for the industry and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins. While attending CSU, he was actively involved with numerous student club organizations, always taking advantage of the networking opportunities that college provides. Immediately upon graduation, Max accepted an incredible job offer in Aspen Colorado with Hansen Construction, one of the nation’s most respected custom home builders. The experience proved invaluable as he immersed himself in the construction and management of some of the most iconic, cutting edge homes in the world.

Always striving for new challenges to fit his sociable, outgoing, and friendly personality, Max relocated to Denver and joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing with him an excitement and youthful energy to this industry-leading global organization. Teaming up with the experienced and successful real estate duo of Rob and Renee Molitor in the Castle Pines office, Max adds a new dimension of residential knowledge, an incredible work ethic, and a fresh perspective to this complex and important business. Offering the very highest level of service is not only his paramount goal, but also a personal commitment extended to each client.

In addition to his full-time career in real estate, Max enjoys the great outdoors whenever time allows. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, skiing, golf, or a Rockies game with friends, Max takes advantage of all that Colorado and Denver have to offer.
