Lane is an awesome Realtor! We moved from FL back in April and needed to move quick. We couldn’t be there to search for a rental so he did it for us & we moved in within a couple weeks! A year later he found us the most perfect house for us & our fur babies! Florida may be where our families are but he gave us a house that makes Tennessee HOME.

Max has been absolutely crucial in my fiancé and my search for our new home in Nashville. I had been asking around to friends that live in Nashville for a Realtor with a keen eye, and that knows a great price when they see it. I heard the name max norton 3 times. I won’t go into specifics, but I’ve just moved to Nashville for work and I must say this city is booming! Construction work and Cranes everywhere.
I contacted Max on a Sunday and he called me right back. He asked a few follow up questions, and then he was on the hunt. In a matter of 2 weeks I purchased a beautiful and modern new home close to all the popular parts of town.

Lane negotiated an incredible deal for us. We were able to get a house that was only on the market for a cpl days for 10% less than asking, closing cost paid and negotiated 10k of work done to the home.
We stole this house. 2 years later we sold the house we paid 300k for, for 425k! I highly recommend! Everything went very smoothly
