Thank you to take time to look at my profile. My approach to real estate is somewhat different than most. I consider myself a teacher or information resource first and foremost. This is evidenced by my extensive You Tube channel comprised of over 1,300 videos with over 27,000 subscribers. Most of the videos share information, tips and strategies useful for real estate buyers and sellers. The topics covered range from selecting the right Loan Officer to being aware of the presence of Sex Offenders in a particular area or neighborhood. This information packed resource has been in development for over a decade. I have over 20 years of experience in real estate and absolutely love what I do. It has been an honor to have won or placed as a finalist over the past four year in the Richmond Times Dispatch "BEST OF" contest for Best Realtor. Prior to real estate, I was a U.S. Army Officer and a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and George Washington University.
