This was the second time we used Max when purchasing a home. Like the first time, Max provided exceptional service. He made it clear from the onset that we were his top priority throughout our home purchasing process and he was at our service whenever we needed him. Since we were new to the area, Max provided in-depth details of the cities we were considering. He was always punctual and on top of everything, making sure we smoothly advanced through the contingency period and that we stayed ahead of meeting deadlines. We greatly appreciated his attention to detail and thorough answers to our questions—researching them if necessary. He definitely goes above and beyond and is very professional. All of this in addition to his positive attitude and pleasant demeanor made it a true pleasure to have Max represent us once again.

My wife and I have been working with Max in our house hunt for more than a year. Throughout this time, he has always been responsive and enthusiastic. He has guided us through the home buying process and has helped us to overcome some interesting hurdles. He is extremely knowledgable and he pays attention to small details that might be easily overlooked. He is a consummate professional and I recommend him highly. His efforts helped us identify and successfully purchase our new home in San Diego. We are excited to be here and glad that Max was the agent to help us make that happen. Five stars, for sure.
