After following her advice, we had 3 offers within a day of our open house. Incredible! That could NOT have happened without May's expertise. She is full of energy and brought positive vibes to every step of the process. A positive buying experience that could be yours as well. May is extremely aware of the housing market/housing options in the Rockville-Gaithersburg area and was able to focus on the Kentlands nrighborhood to meet my needs. A consummate professional, May worked tiredlessly to ensure a property was found in a timely fashion. Sbe was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries I had, often returning calls or emails within minutes; and ensuring she had responses or information to any questions I had posed. At times, she went to a new listing in a spur of the moment; and was able to include me on a video walk through if I wasn't present. Her knowledge and rapport with other brokers helped to ensure extra consideration in regards to bidding guidelines, viewing a listing, or obtaining information uabout contractors that could assist me after the closing. Her upbeat demeanor made for an easy relationship and inspired me to keep my hopes up when I got outbidded a few times.
May was a perfect choice for my broker and she continues to follow-up with me on my newly closed property to assist with any renovation needs or moving issues. All the details and more. May did an amazing job of listing my condo, staging my condo, and selling my condo. She made sure every detail was taken care of and put it in the best possible light. Her recommendations were spot on and helped to achieve a selling price that was over asking with three bids vying for the home. The condo sold in four days!

Additionally, with all the details taken care of, closing went very smoothly. Based on my experience, if you live in the Kentlands or Lakelands area, you should definitely engage May! Extremely professional, extremely helpful and extremely capable. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with May Shlash. She helped us find the perfect home and made sure that we got the best deal possible. She was always available to answer our questions and showed us a lot of properties over the years. We were very specific with what we were looking for and she was always supportive. She was there for us when we wanted to see a property and worked with urgency when we wanted to make an offer. She understood what was important to us and never wanted us to settle. May informed us about any risks involved with different properties and highlighted where there was value. She was sweet with our dogs and knew we needed things a certain way for us to love where we live.
