Mayleene's goals are simple: to run her business giving her clients the help they need to navigate any situation. Mayleene graduated Penn State University with an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering. Her original career was in center city Philadelphia where she designed bridges & tunnels. After she started a family, she decided to take some time to raise her children. After a while, her dedication to having a career drove her to get a real estate license so she could maintain raising her children and a career that allowed her to work from home. Since 2006 Mayleene has worked in all capacities of real estate. She earned a broker license which included education on: Seller Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Valuation of Residential Property, and Commercial Real Estate. Her resume includes working three years for a local REALTOR Association as Director of Communications & Professional Development where she helped to shape the content of new agent orientation. It was also here that she realized Realtors needed MORE educatioin, guidance, and mentoring than they were getting. She left the position because of her dedicated to be more impactful to other agents. She has written for Inman Select: the premier national real estate news service; and her passion to help other Realtors excel is equaled only by her dedication to her real estate clients. Mayleene offers nothing less than complete fiduciary dedication to everyone she works with. Her endless drive towards innovation and solutions allow us to offer multiple listing options which has been a testament to our commitment to adaptability and customer-centricity.
