Mayu Cesari went above and beyond helping us secure a rental sight unseen (both while we were abroad and in another state.) She was available at all times and prompt with her replies. She was also flexible with scheduling house viewings and recorded detailed and honest video tours of the houses we requested. We appreciated her kind and patient attitude through what can be a difficult process. All in all, it is clear that Mayu is a realtor who truly cares about her clients and we absolutely recommend her!

I wish it was possible to give a 6-star review! My husband and I happened to see an online listing Mayu was associated with, and from there we started the year-plus long process of working together to buy our first home. Because we were living out of state at the time, and with the market as fast-paced and crazy as it was, we were forced to put a lot of trust in Mayu from the very beginning and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see houses that we were interested in. After a frustrating year losing out on offers we ended up renting but we went right back to Mayu as our lease was running out and we were ready to try our hand at buying again. Ironically, although we were now living in VA, we still ended up having to put all of our trust in Mayu as we put in an offer on a house she went to tour for us - and that time it worked!

We finally bought our first home and it would not have been possible without Mayu! We had a running joke that every time I started picturing where I would put our Christmas tree we would lose out on the house, and when we ultimately found our perfect home, Mayu included a Christmas tree ornament in the gift she brought us after we moved in. She was also very patient and understanding when we brought our newborn along for showings, and I feel so lucky that we happened to like that listing and that we got to work with Mayu!

Mayu was fantastic and a big help during my house hunting. She was honest and at times point out things that were below my standard. She answered all my questions honestly, and didn't always give me the answer I wanted, but the one I needed.
