Working with Ahsan these past few months has been nothing short of awesomeness. It's my 1st time buying a home and he really took his time to make sure that I'm very much informed about the process. He provided answers to my questions and goes above and beyond to get me answers if he doesn't have them. He was always on top of everything, reaching out to me with updates and providing external resources.
I know that Ahsan had other clients while he was working with me, but it's so dang cool that he didn't make me feel like I don't matter, like he's too busy for me or like he don't care about my interests. Ahsan took it upon himself to be available for my son and I. Even when my schedules conflicts with his, he worked around his to accommodate me and handled situations with maturity.
I wish our paths crossed earlier enough, I would have been a home owner last year, but hey, the awesome guys saves the day🙂. Thank you Ahsan, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend when I get the opportunity to.

MD found me a pre-market condo in the development I wanted to be in (but kept getting out bid) in two days after meeting him, at an open house, and arranged a showing that evening even though the property was occupied. After offering asking price, MD helped me negotiate closer to the appraisal price and was excellent at keeping me informed through the entire processes and getting questions answered after the inspection. MD was also very helpful at closing with the wire transfer which I don’t do everyday. All moved in and very happy! MD will work very hard for you!
