Meghan; You have my eternal Thanks!! for taking my condo which needed a kitchen and flooring…in a shrinking marketplace, directed the fix up, and sold it the very first viewing, in about 15 minutes; at $26,000 over my asking price!!…OH YEAH !! and closed it 9 days later with no inspection. I was holding my breath that it would sell, but then I didn’t know that the McPherson Sisters don’t mess around!
A lot of realtors promise what ever they think you want to hear, and blame market conditions for wanting to reduce the selling price. You didn’t promise anything other than it will sell and we work for top dollar! Then went and delivered beyond any thing I anticipated. I’ve always had a special feeling for a work ethic and no BS; just honest attention to detail and over delivering! Nice!!
