Megan Ferris

Megan Ferris joined her husband in this crazy real estate life in 2013, and they launched their own brokerage as Ferris Property Group in 2019. It has been a great amount of fun since then. She loves the educational part of real estate in helping her clients understand the ins and outs, strategies, and connecting them to the best possible resources for their personal buying or selling journey. She also co-hosts the Boom Real Estate Podcast with Todd and Terry as another tool to reach more people and share some mind-blowing education, but, basically, they just have ridiculous conversations and hope they make you laugh along with them. Megan is a growth junkie as she loves growing in her personal life and has a passion for helping their agents grow in theirs as well.
