Megan Florence

I am a North Carolina native but a mountain girl at heart. I moved to the Triangle to attend NC State University (go pack!) where I graduated with a degree in Fashion and Textile Management with a concentration in Brand Management and Marketing.

After graduation my dad, a contractor by trade, encouraged me to get my real estate license. Thanks to him, I am now a Full Service Realtor in the Greater Triangle Area and absolutely loving it!

Being a carpenters daughter, I grew up around new construction which makes me knowledgeable in all aspects of your home. I also have a background in luxury sales and 7+ years of customer service experience. This, accompanied with my marketing background makes me the perfect person to sell your home with ease or get you into your next home!

I now live in Franklinton with my husband, golden retriever, and my cat. Most of the time you will find me decorating, doing something crafty, or taking long walks down the aisles of Target.
