Megan is a part of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team in Charlotte, NC. As a native Washingtonian, Megan grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. She lived in Arlington, Virginia while getting her nursing degree and in DC when she first began her nursing career. Megan first fell in love with real estate when she helped her now husband buy his first condo and she knew she had found her calling when they bought their first home together! She later sold that home and moved to beautiful Charlotte, NC where she dove head first into real estate with one of the top teams in the Carolina's, the Andy Bovender Team. Megan's love of real estate, along with her desire to help people in need and build lasting relationships, sets the tone for a seamless real estate experience whether you are buying or selling.
In her free time, Megan can be found in her favorite Charlotte restaurants, listening to live music from DC down to Charleston, and taking her daughter on walks on the many Greenways. She has maintained an active nursing license and is a nurse volunteer with Somos Amigos Medical Missions. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and hiking with her dogs!
