When Nikky and Megan bought their first home in 2017, they did not know much about the real estate market.

Okay, let us rephrase that: they did not know anything about the real estate market.

They did know, however, that Nikky’s brother was a real estate agent and that they would be in good hands. It turned out they were right!

The moment they got their pre-approval, Ivan and his wife, Paula (a local loan ordinator), sent them pictures of beautiful homes in the area they wanted. Megan and Nikky ended up seeing a total of three homes before they asked Ivan to put a slightly above-asking offer in, while standing at their future kitchen island. Their inspection came back clean, they got to keep some extra appliances, and they were on top of the world!

Megan and Nikky closed and uneventful 36 days later. It actually was not until they became licensed realtors with Lamacchia Realty themselves, that they realized how lucky they were to have had that kind of experience, and more importantly how lucky they were that they had a strong realtor who knew what he was doing.
