Working with Megan was such a great experience! We are first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. Megan was a referral we received and from the moment we spoke with her on the phone we knew that she the best realtor for our search. We had cast a fairly wide net across North Jersey that we wanted to look in and Megan knew all the ins and outs of each neighborhood we looked at. Trying to see a house in the pandemic was all about timing, when a house was listed that we wanted to see Megan didn’t wait and got info on the house asap so that we could get in line to view it. Before we made our first offer on a house she took the time to walk through each document and step of the process so that we understood where we were and what was happening next. When our offer was accepted Megan was with us through the inspections and helped us navigate the bad news, leveraging her network to get 2nd opinions as quickly as possible.
We recently closed and could not be happier with our new home. All of this work over the last few months could not have been done without the support and knowledge of Megan. We would recommend to Megan to anyone who is beginning their home search!
