Megan Rowsey

Megan Rowsey has been in the real estate industry for over 11 years and values relationships and integrity over everything else. She has helped guide first-time homebuyers and step-up buyers through buying and selling with honesty and a sense of humor in order to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Not only does Megan have a keen eye for design but she knows how to make your home "pop" in photos so it shows in the best light. She thrives with structure (a bit Type A, if we're being honest!) so she's always on top of the transaction and makes sure the client knows what to expect. Making sure her clients feel supported is her priority.

Megan specializes in the Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Oak Park, and Thousand Oaks markets. As a mom of 2 school-age boys, she's up-to-date on what's going on in the community and can often be found enthusiastically cheering courtside or at the ball fields. She loves hiking the local trails, playing pub trivia, going to the theater, and watching her husband perform in a local Improv group. She has volunteered with Make-a-Wish and James Storehouse.
