We were new in town and looking to rent. We met Megan at an open house and told her our situation, she showed us a few houses for rent but it was not making financial sense to rent. We switched gears and decided to buy. Megan walked us through everything and went above and beyond in providing us contacts for shutters, handyman and contractors we needed. She made multiple trips to the house so we can have estimates before we closed. Megan knows the market and works hard for her clients. She is an absolute professional and is the perfect realtor. I gave her nick name, our savvy sherpa.

Megan really will work for who she is representing. She helped our family get into a home when we thought it was going to be impossible. She guided us in the right direction even if it meant walking away from a sale. My family appreciates everything she did more than she knows. She has even stayed in contact with us after the sale so it's not like she did her part after closing and walked away.
