Megan Wilson was very easy going and super to work with. She is a very competent agent and confident in her ability to work with you. Megan as well as her staff provided information as we went along in the process. When my husband and I had questions, Megan provided answers in a timely manner. Our situation had unusual circumstances and Megan's calm demeanor helped us work through the bumps and the process along the road. She is not in a rush for you to make a decision but does help you work through the pros and cons of contracts as they come through. We would recommend her highly and would use her again if we sell or buy any property in the future. She is trustworthy, straight forward and willing to work with you as an individual.

We moved to Owens Cross Roads from across the country. So, it was purely by chance that we were introduced to Megan. We feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with her.

Her knowledge of new construction, the overall buying process, responsiveness, and professionalism are unmatched.

It was a difficult time building in the time of COVID. And even more difficult buying a home that we had never actually seen before. Megan was SO responsive to all of our inquiries, that we felt completely safe moving forward.

I could write a novel, but the fact of the matter is I’m exhausted from moving in ;) Whether you’re just looking, a first-time home buyer, or a seasoned home-buying veteran… Meg will not disappoint!

Megan was the IDEAL realtor! She guided me through the exploding Huntsville market to quickly find the right house. By the time my house was built, it was priced at $70K above the price I paid. Even though the housing environment was rapidly changing, she gave me clear advice and identified the excellent deal as soon as she saw it. The builder told me their time estimate, and Megan gave me her's. Guess who was correct?
Megan of course! She provided superb referrals for mortgage, window treatments (blinds in my case), fencing, etc. She is an expert and has a great network of fellow experts. You won't find anyone with greater professionalism, integrity, character, etc. On top of all this, Megan is a wife and mom of young kids, so she understands families first hand. I gratefully found Megan through the US Air Force Academy alumni; because I was a referral from a friend, Megan took me as a customer. If you're so blessed to get Megan as a realtor, DO IT!

We recently both sold our house and bought our new house with Megan! I could not recommend her services more. She walked us through every step of each process. She helped recommend contractors to get done the work that we needed to in order to sell. She booked us immediate showings when a house we were interested in came on the market. When we finally wanted to make an offer, she helped us put together one that would be competitive in this current market of multiple offers. We were able to get the first house we put an offer on, and I know that is because Megan guided us in exactly what to do.
