Meghan was born and raised in Buffalo, NY as the middle of five siblings. She attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY graduating with a BA in Psychology in 2010. A little unsure where her professional passions lie, Meghan went to work for her family’s commercial real estate company. It didn’t take long to recognize that the apple doesn’t fall far and Meghan began her career in real estate development. In July of 2012 Meghan relocated to the Austin area and never turned back. She oversaw the leasing of over 200,000 square feet of commercial office space. Even with all of the success experienced in commercial real estate, Meghan knew that her true passions lied in residential real estate development. In 2014 Meghan purchased her first residential property and her true passions were revealed. A side hustles for several years led to the eventual departure from her family’s commercial real estate business and Meghan began working full time as a residential real estate developer in 2018. Meghan greatest joy is developing beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes that capture the local vibes and ‘checking all of boxes’ for the modern day home buyer. In her personal time Meghan enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting a wake surf session in and traveling.
