Mehrdad was by far the greatest. He went over every square inch of the house, pointing out everything that needed to be fixed. Mehrdad provides a concierge service that provides a team of skilled contractors and handymen to manage all the specifics at extremely cheap pricing. As a seller, it was reassuring to know that he was on top of everything and gave images of every stage of the process. Mehrdad is a skillful negotiator, and he secured top cash for my property, well above what the other brokers would have earned. Now that I've seen how Mehrdad operates, I know what to look for in future agents. Mehrdad comes highly recommended by me.
