Meir Kroll

Meir Kroll approaches each and every transaction as if it were his own property for sale or purchase. He is dedicated to understanding his client’s needs and strives to find them exactly what they are looking for a property. He is a skilled negotiator, well-versed in the intricacies of a real estate transaction, and he excels in his creative approach to bringing complex deals together. Meir's thorough knowledge of the loan, real estate and construction sectors of the real estate industry allows him the foresight to help his clients fully accomplish their dreams of homeownership. He uses a very hands-on approach, demonstrating to each client how important their needs are throughout the transaction process and well after the deal is done.

Meir was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and speaks fluent French. He became a licensed real estate agent in New York City, while working at MNS, one of the top real estate firms in Manhattan. Meir moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to work in his family’s real estate and loan company, where he redesigned the company and helped take the business to the next level.

Meir joined The Agency for its reputation as being at the forefront of the industry technologically and for its well-known core of skilled, industry-leading agents.

Meir's talent and passion extends to a love and a keen eye for development, design, and construction. He is the founder of Always Construction Inc, a residential development company, for which he is the owner and licensed general contractor of record. Meir has designed, built, and overseen over two-dozen developments spanning from Brentwood to the Hollywood Hills East. He focuses on residential homes, and income producing properties.
