Melanie is energetic mother of four sports enthusiasts, who has lived all over the Richmond area for the last 33 years. She loved the challenges of buying and selling her homes and that was the driving factor for her becoming a real estate agent. Her background in education allowed her the opportunity to work with infants through senior citizens and there is where she learned the secret to good relationships; patience and listening no matter what the age. Melanie genuinely loves helping families and individuals of all ages and it is evident in her interactions. She uses her broad knowledge of the Richmond area, schools and lifestyle features to help clients find the perfect house to call home and market current homes to sell. Having spent most of her younger life moving around the country, Melanie understands the stress moving can cause. She works patiently to help make the process of buying and selling a home as easy and enjoyable as possible for everyone. Free time is spent cheering on her children and their various sports teams, volunteering on executive boards for area youth leagues and school boards and traveling. A favorite past time for family vacations is exploring the US and their goal is to have vacationed in every state.
