I don't even know where to begin 🤔.
Melanie is not only an amazing human, but she also happens to be an amazing realtor (BONUS 🙌). I have had the extreme pleasure of working with her on the sale of TWO homes. In both sales, she was attentive, thorough, and made the process so easy. She advised us on what we needed to do to get maximum return, helped us set up contractors, expertly staged and advertised- resulting in both properties being sold in less than a few days, both with incredible offers. I don't have enough words to express my family's gratitude, wish I had another home to sell so I could work with her again!!!

Mel was amazing to work with! She made everything so easy. She took all the stress out of the process, plus it all happened so fast. In less than a month the house was on the market, offer excepted, and closed! Melanie is a dynamo!
